Our aerobic timetable is designed to offer a wide variety of classes for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. Below is a description of each of our classes.
TFC (45 MIN)
tfc is our very own brand of workout, the perfect blend of cardio, strength and core/flexibility. An all-in-one class it's the ultimate workout trifecta!
SPIN 'N' CORE (40 MIN)
Get an impact free blast of cardio on the bike and finish it off with an intense core workout and stretch, all in 40 minutes.
ZUMBA (60 MIN)
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it!
BODY HIIT (45/30 MIN)
High Inensity Interval Training (HIIT), the proven way to burn more calories and build lean muscle in the shortest time. Using the interval formula of high intensity exercise and periods of recovery this is one of the most effective ways to achieve physical conditioning.
LES MILLS BODYPUMP (60 MIN)
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. BODYPUMP Works all the major muscle groups of your body, builds lean muscle mass & encourages rapid fat burning.
LES MILLS BODYBALANCE (60 MIN)
A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.
SPINNERZ (60 MIN)
Our indoor cycling program designed to replicate outdoor riding. A fun impact free workout set to motivating music.
WEIGHT 'N' CORE (60 MIN)
This class is a total body strength class focussing on muscular awareness with a strong core workout.
GENTLE EXERCISE (60 MIN)
Fun fitness class for seniors and those returning to exercise. Develop heart health, muscular strength and improve flexibility & balance. All "Gentle" classes are only $5 per person, all day, every day.
GENTLE STRETCH (60 MIN)
This class is designed for seniors and those returning to exercise with the aim of improving strength, balance and flexibility. All "Gentle" classes are only $5 per person, all day, every day.
CORE CRUSHER (30 MIN) Instructors will work on accurate technique to help build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core to help improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
CIRCUIT (45 MIN) A total body workout designed to allow participants to work at their own pace through a series of exercises designed to get you fit, fast and strong
Speak to your instructor when joining a class for the first time so they can ensure you get the most out of your workout. To maximise your enjoyment and avoid disappointment, please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time to allow time to set up and meet your instructor.
