We have a great range of aquatic classes to cater for all individuals from beginners to advanced. All our aqua classes are run by qualified instructors who deliver a fantastic workout to suit your needs.
Our all-purpose water-based class. using the gentle resistance and support of the water work at your own level to burn calories, strengthen muscles and increase joint mobility. Held in the 25m pool to allow you to work that little bit harder if you like (29 degrees).
Fun and gentle exercise class designed for seniors or those returning to exercise held in the warm and supportive water of our program pool (33 degrees) or
AQUA HIIT (45 MIN)
A 45-minute water work-out appropriate for all swim levels. High energy, intense work-out designed to improve strength and flexibility as well as cardiovascular endurance.
DEEP WATER AQUA
Held in our outdoor 50m pool this workout is a great challenge. This workout will increase your strength and fitness in a non-impact environment. See your instructor if you wish to wear a buoyancy belt.
